Returns & Refunds
If you wish to request a return or replacement, please do so within the timeframe specified in our policy, starting from the date you receive your order. A replacement or refund will be provided only if one of the following conditions applies:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The product is defective, expired, or not up to standard
- The wrong product was delivered
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unopened, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@galaxypremiumdates.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- All replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting customercare@galaxypremiumdates.com.
- Once approved, replacement items will be shipped within 2–5 business days.
- If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Refunds may take 10–20 business days to appear in your account.
All products are guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact customercare@galaxypremiumdates.com within 48 hours of receipt, including a detailed description and photographs of the issue.
