Order Processing Time
All orders placed on our website are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation, subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with tracking details, where applicable.
Delivery Timeline (UAE Only)
We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days
- Remote or non-metro areas: May require additional delivery time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or marketing channels.
Delivery Conditions
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details (address, contact number, landmarks) are accurate and complete.
- Galaxy Premium Dates Trading LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact the customer to reschedule, which may incur additional charges.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier issues or force majeure events. While we work closely with our delivery partners, Galaxy Premium Dates Trading LLC cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.
No International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the UAE.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. For more details regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Multiple or Bulk Deliveries
For bulk orders, corporate gifting, or multiple delivery addresses, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order to confirm feasibility and delivery timelines.
Pickup Option (Self-Collection)
Customers may choose the Pick-Up option during checkout.
Once your order is confirmed with the Pick-Up option, our team will share the pickup location and collection timing/shop timing via WhatsApp.
Customers can visit the shared location and collect the order within the specified time.
Payment for pickup orders can be made via credit card or cash at the pickup location, as informed during confirmation.

Please bring your order confirmation details when coming for collection.
Orders must be collected within the communicated time window to avoid delays or cancellation.
